Payment Policy

We accept Casdh, Check, Matercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX, Venmo and PayPal.   Paid in full before we ship or release product.

Fabrication: We require 50% down and payment in full before we ship or release product.

Shipping Policy

Handling Time: At 3DPrintGarden we strive to process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment. Please note we don’t operate on Sunday’s and this handling time may be slightly longer during peak periods or public holidays.

Shipping Method: We primarily use USPS for shipping unless otherwise stated. USPS offers reliable and trackable delivery services.

Shipping Days: Our shipping days are Monday – Friday. Orders placed on or over the weekend will be shipped the next business days. Orders placed during the business week will be endeavoured to be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be a flat $7 SHIPPING ON ANY SIZE ORDER  -BUT ORDERS $30 OR MORE, SHIPPING IS FREE
(Shipping Rates Only Apply to Continental USA).

If you have any specific shipping requirements or need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to making your purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, you may return it to us in accordance with our returns policy.

Defective or Faulty Products: If the product is defective, faulty, or not as described, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
At 3DPrintGarden we strive to print unique items... Fun, Cool & Useful.  Some items we design and create ourselves others we Commercial License through other Designers.
